For our Loan tool service we urgently needed a tool to help us follow up our loan tools in the field, take care of appropriate customer e-mails including a lot of personalized information and to give us daily transparency on the main KPIs of the team. In a periode of 12 weeks from first contact to final delivery Carl made us the tool we wanted and afterwards was there to finetune it where needed. 6 months after the go live I can state that the tool really helped us to improve our performance. Thanks to his experience in Acces and VBA Carl was able to deliver us a solution in a timeframe of which we could only dream if we had to go through a global development project
